Job Prospects Look Good for Executives

According to ExecuNet’s survey of executive search firms, job growth will accelerate in the second and third quarters of 2007. In fact 67% of all recruiters report there is already a shortage of qualified talent in the market and the market will improve in the next 6 months.
Recruiters’ short-term outlook was also bullish in March, as 74% said they are confident or very confident the employment market will improve in the next three months. During this period of time, the executive recruiting industry is expecting a 22% increase in the number of assignments received from clients. All good news for the executive searching for the next challenge.
